Dr. Ross is extremely competent and knowledgeable in her specialty, however can easily communicate necessary information to her patients. She takes the time necessary to engage you by answering all of your questions. Extremely pleasant, and a joy to be with. I would give her the highest mark possible and recommend her to anyone needing her services!!
