I like learning new weight lifting things. I also like the pace of the class...not too long and not too fast. The staff is very personable and attentive to all the class members. There is no sales gimmick. You 100% get what you pay for and it is 100% worth. They also do nutrition plans. I do wish I was able to tract what I eat through the app so that the coach could see/comment on the meals.

I love the group approach and the community that is built through it. I love that workouts are different, never get bored with them.
