The small class sizes and nutrition support.
I love the fact that they create workouts that are personal for me. They push me, they started by building my foundation to start, it has made it where I wanted to workout and knew I could do it. I am thankful for the transition and meeting goals when not feeling pushed or pressured into doing what everyone else is supposed to do. Starting small by building my confidence and knowing I can do things that I didn’t realize that I could.

I like the workout options and the extra attention in the Prime 5 classes. Joshua and team are great at watching to be sure we are doing moves correctly and motivating us to do our best.
I love how personal it is. Planet fitness claims they have a judgment free zone….not compared to iron tribe! I’ve only been going for a few weeks and I feel welcome and a part of the tribe family every time!!

It’s no judgement, everyone has a first step. Everyone is very clear about commitment being the key to achieving success. Iron tribe has better metrics of showing success people can’t see in a simple bathroom scale.

I like that my work outs are customized to meet my goals. Since joining last August, by following nutrition guidelines recommended by Jake, and striving to complete 3 Prime workouts per week, I've lost over 15 lbs of body fat. Thanks Jake and Josh for helping me to achieve my ultimate goal, which was to reduce my blood pressure. I know longer have to take blood pressure meds!

Individualized workouts, small classes

From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and they walk you through everything so thoroughly. Can't say enough about the trainers and the owner just simply amazing. A person could get addicted to this because you know it's good for you and they encourage you. It's easy to just do nothing but when people make you feel like you can do anything you stay at it. They make me feel like I can do anything in 45 minutes. I highly recommend anyone that wants to get strength training to join.
