I've been bouncing from one stylist to the next for years and as soon as I left the chair after Chip cut my hair, I wanted to sit right back down and do it again, lol. Chip was super friendly, professional and easy to talk to. But most importantly, they did a great job! Sara was very helpful. I had a bad haircut after I last visited the other location. After that experience I was not going to use Floyd’s again. She discussed a plan recommended products I ended up purchasing. That is huge bc I rarely buy product.

Chip was fantastic with my 7yo daughter. She had wanted a short and fun haircut, but the kids place we went was really reserved and didn’t want to cut it super short or do anything untraditional. A 7yo usually can’t advocate for themselves to an adult stranger, so we booked it over to Floyd’s in Mueller and Chip was so great! Not only did she giver her an awesome haircut that she LOVES, she also listened to her, asked her questions and believed her. It really upped her confidence and my kiddo wants to go back to Chip for every haircut! 🥰
