Friendly, accommodating, prompt service, and great with toddler! Only issue I had was that I reserved with a $10 off coupon but only received a $5 discount. Not a big deal, just something to note

Derrick R. was outstanding. One of my best haircuts ever. He understood what I was asking for, he offered suggestions that were very helpful, and he really took his time to get things right. He was also able to explain what he did and how it was different from problems I’ve had in the past. He was just really excellent

My stylist was very kind and listened to what I wanted. Cut my hair very well, took her time, asked for clarification on if I wanted layers, made some conversation, and the towel and massage and neck shave were all so relaxing. I will say I wish the cashier who I checked in with had given me a more accurate time that I would be seen in. She told me 15 minutes when I waited for nearly 35.
