What did you like about your Santikos experience?

They were having computer issues from a storm. While we waited for them to figure out the problem and start the movie, they explained everything to us and when it took a little longer they even gave us complimentary popcorn or offered a rain check. That simple gesture made out wait worth it

Very clean and sufficient employees at concession stand.

Lost money in some of the games, these should really be checked and put a sign on the broke ones please. I had just so much money to spend and some of that was wasted on a broken game and very disappointing to my 8 year old grandson.
