Thank you for the response. I did the survey as these were a few items I had noticed during my visit. As a consumer, we shop for our items, scan our items to pay for our items. This hands of policy that most companies have adopted, I am not a fan of. If I am directed to use the kiosk to purchase my ticket at the front, please allow a spot to enter our loyalty number and to keep our data more private from the privy of others around me.
Tickets were easy to purchase online and show to attendant. Theatre was busy for a weekday, but staff quickly got the rush through concessions. Theatre and facilities were clean.

I have been going here for years. It is a convenient location and usually have the most current movies.

I'm not a big movie-goer but when I do, my movies are viewed at The Grand Conroe. Thank you to each of the employees. They were all respectful, nice, and had great attitudes.

I really liked that this theater was really close to my house. Only ten minutes! I usually go to the theater down in the woodlands but decided the drive just isn’t worth it. The chairs at this theater were probably the most comfortable theater seats I’ve ever had the pleasure of sinking into. Really a great experience and a very clean theater

We have loved all our experiences at The Grand Santikos Theatre in Conroe, TX. Everything is great, however I will add that each time the sound is a bit too high (and I am partially deaf and it is even a bit too high for me!) The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
