We have loved all our experiences at The Grand Santikos Theatre in Conroe, TX. Everything is great, however I will add that each time the sound is a bit too high (and I am partially deaf and it is even a bit too high for me!) The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I appreciate the immediate response from Mr. Christopher Appel for my recent answers to a survey. Shortly after the survey, Mr. Appel contacted me to inquire as to the reason for offering a low rating (Please refer to the original survey).

The Grand is a great theater! My wife and I love that we live close by and take in movies regularly. They do need to update the seats, but other than that this is a great place to catch a flick!

Theater 1 was absolutely freezing on Tuesday at 4:00. We told someone taking the tickets about 15 min into the movie but nothing changed. It was miserable. But the theater seating was so comfortable.
The theater is always so clean and we really enjoy coming here. It’s close to home and the chairs are very comfortable.
