After my wife and I had a less than ideal experience going to see a movie at The Grande, I gave a somewhat poor score in the feedback survey. The next day, I received a very nice response from the theater manager, who expressed his apologies for our experience there. I’m impressed that he took time to review and respond to my survey. I will be happy to give The Grande Theater another try soon. Thanks!
Good seating and view of screen
This was my first time at The Grand and I wasn't sure how tickets work, usually at other theaters if you buy them online you have to print them out at the little kiosks so I was a bit confused at first. But the employee checking tickets in was very kind and helpful and he eased my embarrassment about looking around all confused 😅 he pointed me in the direction I need to go and was very friendly. The employee at the concessions was also very nice and she was very patient with us as we took a moment to think about what we wanted to get. I have nothing bad to say about this theater! 😄 I will come back!

When there was an issue they fixed it. That’s how we learn and get better so I appreciate them for taking constructive feedback. We will be coming back.
It was good. I wish they had intermission for the shows for people with small children ( only 1 adult). That way we could go to the bathroom and not miss the show. Also the rail gets in the way when I try to sit my chair back.
I really like being able to fill up my own popcorn, especially with being able to spread the butter out evenly throughout the whole bucket.

Comfort
We liked the new soda and popcorn areas. The only thing is that it was hard to know what theater to enter into. Lighting on the number would be helpful, a lady next to me had to ask what movie was about to play to make sure we were both in the right place.
The theatre was beautiful and accessible. I love the "self-serve popcorn and drinks". Well done.

Seating was comfortable. Temperature in theater was just right. Employees were helpful and friendly.
I love the upgrades the theatre has been doing. The popcorn and drinks are a very nice upgrade! Some of the chairs need an upgrade though. They’re very loud and make a lot of noise”clunking” noises.
