Theatre Manager, Christopher Appel, responded almost immediately. He said he would address our concerns and offered passes for a future visit. We are looking forward to our future visit to The Grand theatre. Mr. Appel provided outstanding customer service.

I recently visited the theater with my children and had a great time as usual. The only issue I had was there was something going on with a couple of the seats I reserved. It didn't interfere with the movie but they were just not in the best shape as the seats usually are. I commented on a survey about ny experience and a manager reached out very promptly and assured me he would take a look at the seats and get right on it. To apologize for the slight inconvenience, he is sending me complimentary tickets, which wasn't necessary but it is appreciated. Thank you Chris for taking pride in your field and making the consumers feel heard.

After providing some negative feedback about my recent experience, Chris responded promptly and seemed genuinely concerned and eager to make things right. Super impressed.
The area that the theater is in is close to my home. The ease of getting in and out of the theater.
Some of the theaters do need the seats changed out due to rips in them and the arcade needs more working arcade games.
