The customer service was great. I purchased tickets for 4 ppl to a 1:00 show. We had an emergency so we were very late. We were able to have our tickets switched to the next available time with no problems.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Very disappointed the EPIC movie was not showing on IMAX screen. You would have gotten many more customers as other movie theaters are getting nation wide.
Easy to purchase tickets online, theatre temperature and seats comfy. But sound was wayyyyy too loud.

It was an easy check out. Really liked not having to 'sign up', checked out as 'guest, since I rarely go to movies. But seeing Elvis on IMAX was awesome....but the showtimes were very limited & the run was too short. However, that may beyond the theater's control. I really appreciate the manager's extra efforts being able to bring 'EPIC' to our town on IMAX.
I enjoyed the theater not being overcrowded. The last time I went to a movie theater was before the pandemic and I have been nervous about going back ever since. My grandson wanted to go, so I picked up my mask and we went. I loved the new seats! I know they're not new/new but they're new to me! Paying at the kiosk was also new. The staff were amazing. They were extremely friendly, they told me about various promotions and encouraged us to come back soon and... we definitely will!
The theater experience is awesome. Sound system is wonderful and seating is amazingly comfortable.
