Nice seating and great customer service!
In a total mom-moment, I bought tickets for the movie of which I thought was the Saturday showing. We drove over an hour to get there, only to discover I purchased tickets for FRIDAY. I was so thankful the gentleman sitting at the service desk showed kindness and empathy to help resolve the issue and allowed us to watch the showing we had traveled for. The theatre is always clean, snacks are great, and the bathrooms are typically clean. It’s worth the drive time to have a great experience!
It was my first time purchasing a ticket at the kiosk. The kiosk instructions or next steps were not helpful or helped determine next steps. The employee managing the ticket stand was very helpful.

Tuesday movie price was AFFORDABLE!
I like the Tuesday deal. I also like coming on the weekends. Concessions is always friendly and helpful. I wish there wasn’t a fee to pay online. I imagine this helps the business to reduce staffing at ticket counters but I pay extra. I don’t love that.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. The process buying tickets and ordering concessions was also quick and easy. Please invest in covering or replacing the headrest in the theaters they are in bad shape.
I am a movie buff/enthusiast. I really enjoy my visits to Amstar 16. The comfortable roomy reclining seating, the concessions, rewards program and other discounts. I have bragged about it for a while now to friends and co -worker's. It's truly a pleasant experience.
How helpful all the stuff is, no matter when we come, everyone’s great. Food, and drinks are fresh, and the movie (with the great seats) is always a great time. Thank you!

I like that Santikos has a lot of options for seeing movies. I like the flashback cinema, the final cut feature deal, and all the new releases.

The employees are very courteous, the theater is very clean and I love the reclining chairs. And the Tuesday special on admission and popcorn and drinks makes it very affordable.
