Great service, clean theater, the whole experience was wonderful
My girlfriend and I came to watch the 20 year anniversary showing of the movie “Cars”. We purchased the Piston Cup drink and the commemorative “Cars” popcorn tin. The staff was very friendly. Seeing the movie in theaters for the first time since 2006 was amazing!
We like the reclining seats but they are getting worn looking.
Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Since I am retired, I like early times for movies. Most of the time the times are before noon which is great. The bathrooms are clean. I am glad for a movie theater that is close to me.

I just moved from San Antonio where I worked as a assistant kitchen manager and lead cook for Santikos for the past 4 years. I spent my time hoping between Silverado, Casa Blsnca, and even the famous Palladium location, and I was lucky enough to be able to call these places my home for so long. But now I've moved over here for a different opportunity, one that makes me happy and yet has brought me so far away from places familiar. Having something as familiar as a Santikos theater nearby is very special to me. There was something comforting about seeing employees wearing the same shirts i still have in my closet, seeing Lexi on the big screen, and seeing those logos everywhere that felt like a nice blanket, like no matter where I go, there may always be some kind of homely consistency near me. And that's really wonderful, you know? So thank you for that. Incredibly specific answer, and super long, but I mean it.

The free refills on any size popcorn and drink are why I make the drive.
Employees are really friendly and can be quite personable.
There are a few minor things that keep my experience from being a 10: No butterfinger candy hurts my soul, i love mixing butterfinger with my popcorn so much.
It’s still unclear how or when a movie becomes final cut which sometimes makes it difficult to decide when ill see new movies as im unsure if its about to vanish ( jackass best and last seemed like it just vanished after 1 week)
Id like to make a suggestion of putting some of your chocolate candy in the fridge, I asked over the weekend and the young boy looked shocked.
Its also confusing on how to get rewards points, online doesn’t prompt for it and neither do the concessions staff unless i ask about it.
Overall I enjoy movies almost weekly and hope to continue coming!
