I watched Crime 101 and enjoyed it.

There are not a lot of movies that Santikos features that I would pay to see.

The seats are nice comfortable recliners and I really like the heated and cooled seats. Please put them in all the theater rooms.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I really like the theater but it is starting to show some major wear. Housekeeping needs to be made a priority and the bathrooms are in need of an overhaul. The luxury seating is such a nice feature but broken seats need to be refurbished or replaced. I like being able to reserve a preferred seat in advance and have no issue paying a fee for this but it is unsatisfactory when a customer end up in a broken worn out dirty seat.

If the employees standing around on their phones would use that time to clean your theater would look so much better. Protect your investment and give people a reason to return.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Ease ability to pick seats .only problem this time wouldn't let me buy snacks ahead of time.its got to be easy since I am a senior citizen and generally don't like self checkout or too much crap having to use phone. The print and spacing make your site easier to read too.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Theatre is well maintained with a pleasant decor. Friendly, helpful staff. Large, brightly lit, clean restrooms. Large movies selection. Love Flashback Cinema. Not sure about the yet to be installed automatic popcorn vending machines.

Had a nice easy experience at the theater. The popcorn and soda was half price which caused us to purchase 2 popcorn & drink combos.
