Although I wasn’t able to tell an employee before we left about our seat issue, I was reached out to and apologized to. They made it right plus more. This is our go to theater and will continue to be.

I like the seating as compared to the Regal down the street.

However, the upholstery in screen 6, row F is already getting really frayed.

The reclining seats are a game-changer! They truly enhanced my movie-watching experience, allowing me to relax fully as I enjoyed the film. The high-definition screens and surround sound added an immersive quality that made every scene come alive.
The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly from ticket purchase to seating.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Excellent fresh popcorn, perfect taste. Nice friendly staff. Clean soda machines, theaters and bathrooms, I really appreciate that.

Only hang up is the worn out upholstery on some the seats in theater 8. Truthfully I’m a little hesitant to sit on them as well as having to annoyingly deal with the little pieces of leather sticking to my clothes after.
