We have been a Quarles customers for 30 years.
The first year we moved in we did not know to fill the tank.
We ran out during a big snow and Quarles sent two men each carrying 10 gallons of oil to walk up our impassible very long driveway keep us going.

During your transition to Superior Products you forgot to check my tank and fill it. Consequently I ran out of oil and this occurance did damage to my 2 year old furnace costing $1,000 for a new motor to be placed. Further more , the gentleman who came to fill, my tank was rather negative and told me that I should be checking my tank with a dip stick. I have been on budget services and auto delivery for 30 years with your company and this is the first time I have had to complain. Was disappointed to have not heard from Quarrles regarding this occurance.
