I have been a customer since 2003, on an auto-delivery service. Each year my estimated usage and budget is determined, credit card is chsrge a monthly amount and I don't have to worry about a big bill at delivery time or about having to ask for help turning all the pilots back on, which happened to me once when I first moved in.
Customer service is patient and friendly. I’ve never had a problem with receiving my fuel.
