The first delivery man did not bring the necessary tool needed to open the cap to the tank, and had to return without making his delivery. He was not cheerful about his mistake.

Though we are aware that we could purchase propane at a lesser cost elsewhere, we appreciate your product and especially the professionalism and friendliness of your customer service members and your delivery personnel. If we have questions about our bill, your staff members quickly answer them. When we request a delivery, we usually receive it within 2-3 days. That is service at its best and why we have remained loyal customers since 2011.
Thank you Superior Plus Propane for coming same day to fill my tank which was getting down to the red zone due to a power outage and my generator running over 24 hours.
