Offered us a discount with all fees waived. Came out promptly. Got a live person on telephone! She explained that discounted price showed when I logged into portal so she was helpful. Easy to arrange delivery and Quarles shows up in timely manner.

The people who are answering your telephone calls are very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I have been able to order fuel, pay for it and they were very nice about explaining why I couldn't sign up for monitored deliveries (my tank is too small to accept the monitoring device.)
