Your service is terrible. Have run out of gas 2 times in the past 2 years. So much for your automatic fills. Call your number had to wait on hold over 1 hour to even talk to someone and thy were just a call center. Was 4 days before I got gas. Will say the delivery driver was wonderful. Professional, courteous, and informative. Deciding if I can continue doing business with you.
Took a lot of calling but finally got a man to come and fill an empty tank
Took me hours to get a reply so was laborious as house was 46 degrees and the agent couldn’t give me a clue when the fill up would occur so I drove down and back from home in Charlottesville
But at 13:30 AM Saturday he came
So I graded a ten but took me forever to find who to call

I didn't order propane until the last minute. That's when the winter storm came through. Some advise to pass on. Get any fuel or supplies before anything bad happens. Quarles delivered to me asap after bad weather struck. So I can't complain about anything at all. Thank you Quarles for your service.

We (almost) ran out of propane and we called at 6 am Friday morning. A snow storm was predicted to arrive on Saturday night. SuperiorPlus Propane came to deliver propane 2 hours after I called. Can’t beat that service!
Your products and services have been great UNTIL this year! I had to call for a refill before the recent snow/ice storm. I have been on your automatic refill for years.I'll let you look up how many refills I had during 2025.

Every time I have my tank filled, Im greeted by a friendly propane technician. They’re always willing to answer any questions I have. With this current storm (Fern), I asked the technician what was lowest the level of propane tank could be. He was able to answer my question but, added to call when my tank was reading 20-25, to have it refilled, just to be in the safe side.

I received service in timely manner and the service was excellent
Large enough tank to handle my whole house demands. Never had to contact to have my tank filled. Only call was in the first year of service which was due to some questions. My service is most critical in the winter due to heating and long power outages. I have never had a reason to call even with a week of operation with my generator.
You have outstanding customer service and everyone seems to be very knowledgeable and safety oriented. My husband and I were very impressed with your company.
