One thing I’m not happy about is that after paying to lock in prices I’ve been told that I will not get the lowest price if propane goes below the lock in price. This is not what the policy used to be.

Timely delivery and the budget plan
Only because of First name removed guys that deliver First name removed oil to my place do I give a 10. They are great! I have no complaints with them at all!!! However, your customer service is First name removed absolute pits! It should not take hours to place an order. I understand businesses are going automated in as many areas as possible whether we like it or not, but please give better instruction to First name removed customer or it ends up being very frustrating.
