Though I was without fuel oil for a few weeks, I was not on automatic fuel delivery and therefore can not fault anyone but myself, however when I contacted dispatch and told them I was without oil and was subject to a cold dwelling, the Dispatcher expedited the fuel tank fill up! Thankful for this!!!
