So far they have delivered on time and in some pretty nasty weather and the service side of the house the people who answer the phone were polite and provided service as soon as possible.

All the ladies we spoke with on the phone were extremely professional and helpful. I was told that we could pay the driver at the time of delivery which was fine, but the driver said he normally does'nt take the payments and he would have to mail the same to the Corp. offices, so we went to the post office the following morning and mailed the amount due. This is not a problem at all I just wanted to pay as instructed by the woman who placed our order.

Could you PLEASE send an email to us when you receive our check ?? Overall, Superior has indeed been SUPERIOR to any of the providers we have dealt with through the mergers !
