Customer Testimonials

The service is great.

Your delivery people are well trained and very friendly

Customer Service is great! Quick deliveries and love the budget program!!

I have only run out of fuel one time. And at that time the boss is out here the next morning bright and early filling up my tank and I also got a $50 credit. I like that I don't have to call or hassle with anybody to get my fuel. I also have a card on file for you to automatically take the price of my fuel off my card.

Supplying gas for my gas logs to keep me warm

Good service!

Your representative was responsive, understood our concerns and addressed them properly. Your delivery man was prompt and friendly. We thank you.

Propane keeps the backup generator running. Service is excellent; brought out fuel, looked the system before filling; at a reasonable price.

Great service! Delivery is excellent and right as needed without my prompting. I don’t often need to call but when I do, I get a live local representative who answers my questions in an understandable manner. Very impressive!!! In the past my previous provider had calls served in India, Africa and Mexico as I always asked where they are… I could never get a solution but your company has been excellent 👏👏👏

Great service with no wait delivery.

Always good

After I place a call, they come within five days of my call when I request a refill

Never an issue

The company representatives on the phone are always professional. Deliveries are always timely and the truck drivers friendly and respectful of your property. The overall level of service is the best we have experienced in over 12 years.

Kevin came to fill my tank on 9/29. He was great! Called me when he was on his way and answered all my questions. Knew what he was doing and was very helpful. Very nice young man !

I recently converted to automatic delivery, having been an on-call customer for years. It was painless and quick. Great customer service team! As a bonus I also enrolled in a budget plan which os a boon for seniors on fixed income. On top of that I received 25gallons free for switching and obtained a 5 cent per gallon military discount. All wins!!!
