Very efficient when order a tank refill
I especially appreciate the service man who is always willing to light my pilot light and start up my logs. I am 83 and this is a big help.
I have not had any problems until recently I had a concern. When I’ve called in the past needing to be filled earlier, it was done within 3 days. This time it was filled the day it was scheduled instead of earlier. Customers don’t call & say they need it earlier then it takes a week to get filled.
Tank refill was done in a good professional manner. Driver was very polite.

Service is timely and always professional! The only time I've had to call and request service (filling propane tank) is when my wife gets concerned about the level and possible bad weather...and I have never had service refused even when the level is not quite at the refill threshhold.
