The driver was an expert in driving "backwards" down our driveway --no turn around. Also, he was very friendly and forthcoming with information about the tankage.

All of the employees I've spoken to (either on the phone or in person) have been very helpful, courteous, and professional. Each delivery driver has been friendly and personable. I especially appreciate not having to monitor the amount of propane in my tank myself and then having to call for service if propane is needed. It is now automatically calculated by your company and refilling is done automatically...ensuring that propane is available whenever I need it.

There is nothing I like or dislike about the product or the services I receive. The online billing system is slow to catch up—I pay with direct-to-bank, but a few days later the system e-mails me reporting I have a bill due. I see where my latest delivery also added what seems to be a communication sensor to report my tank levels. . .now that's cool.

Prompt response to call of smelling gas. Technician identified the smell was from low fuel. Within one hour the fuel truck came and took care of our needs.

Great service and communication! Needed a tank replaced. Next day service and was kept abreast of the status. Guys let me know that they found issues with the new tank, but they would be back in a month to replace it. Very happy with everyone I’ve dealt with.

The service?!?! The company is buying up too many other companies! They need to invest in more trucks, more drivers, and stop to think seriously about what it will take to upgrade the phone service!
