I had a gas leak! The only time in 34 years and I called service and had a technician in two hours. Hayden made a thorough inspection of my home and found at least two gas leaks. He fixed what he could, told me what needed to be done in the future. The next day, two technicians were able to temporarily have propane restored for the stove and water heater and generator.
A future visit will be necessary to complete the job due to the need for utility line identification before a new trench is installed.
I am very grateful for the opportunity to commend these technicians on both days. They are excellent at their jobs. I recommend Superior Plus for your propane needs.

Quarles responded quickly to my request for fuel refill and subsequent request for visit to explain to me the gauges on the two tanks and how they interact with each other.

Quarles is easy to work with and prompt with deliveries. I like being able to pay via ACH or Credit Card. Drivers are courteous and safety conscious.

Overall service

Very quick service for delivery. The downfall was I told the woman on the phone placing the delivery order as in the past I pay the delivery man in person when done fueling. I made the check out and waited for the balance price and the man said we are not allowed to take payment so put it in the envelope with the ticket and mail it and I was disappointed. I had the bill in the mail with the check the same day. I have already received 2 notifications of payment due. This is unacceptable when I offered to pay the driver in person as I have done in the past.
