Access by phone can be a challenge. Wait times are often very long and scallop back on a recent issue never happened. Called the following day at 8:01 am and managed to speak with a representative who was able to sort out the questions I had relative to pre but for upcoming season. It has been several days and still have not received the agreement for signature and my check for the amount agreed upon.
