The delivery driver was very courteous, professional and helpful. He knocked on my door to advise he had filled my tank, then offered to check my gas line connection to ensure safety/proper function. When my gas logs would not turn on, he made necessary adjustments to allow the gas to flow. Excellent customer service.

I like the ability to schedule delivery online. I usually get a note left on the door that the delivery has been made- however, not this time. I only knew the delivery had been made by checking the propane gauge.
