Well i had yo wait a lovely 3.5 hours during a very busy week when i was about to run out and no heat do to heater broken and only had my fireplace. An awesome customer service representative did what she said she would do and was able to get fuel the same day
I was informed when my delivery would be and if there was a change in the delivery, I would be informed. I received a message from the driver letting me know that he would be there shortly. He then informed me the fuel was delivered and how many gallons I received. There was no damage to my driveway or lawn.
