I had a gas leak and while Roger did help in checking the line for pressure, he told me it was company policy that they do not perform work inside the home. This is the craziest policy I ever heard from a company that delivers my propane. I was forced to go to another professional to get a new inside flex line installed. Quarles needs to amend their policy

Lisa in Outboarding was amazing. We bought a house and the previous owners left us with only a little gas. We were unaware and ran out our second day in the house. It was very cold and my family had to buy space heaters to get by. Lisa worked hard to get our tank tested. The gentleman who tested our tank was amazing too! He educated us on propane (we are from Texas so its new to us) and made sure we had enough gas until they could completely fill the tank. Ty again for everything.
Convenient, timely, and not having to look for sales ticket in yard or wondering if delivery has been accomplished. The hanging folder w ticket inside gives me assurance of delivery without having to go out to tank. Thanks.
