I love the atmosphere and how friendly and respectful everyone is to each other. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The Y is very clean and has all the equipment and machines you need for a great workout. There's a jogging track, pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room which are all clean and very nice. The classes are included in membership and are terrific, motivating and have the best instructors!

YMCA has several programs for all ages from the younger to older groups. The basketball court seems to always be in use, which is a great place to play all year round. The swimming poll seems to be use for pleasure and exercise.
Upstairs the weight room has machines and free weights that are well maintained and in constant use. I learned that yoga and meditation has helped me relax and become more flexible, both classes have helped me a great deal.
The staff is great, from the front desk to the trainers. The whole building and grounds are kept very clean, which makes my visit very enjoyable.
