My wife does Silver Sneakers exercise! Unfortunately, they only have it two days a week now. Not sure why other classes that the instructors taught have canceled, causing some of the Silver Sneakers classes to cancel. Wish they had 4 days again.
I appreciate that my Medicare insurance enables me to go to YMCA free.

The cleanliness of the establishment, rules that are implemented to everyone, and the wide variety of options for any type of workout. Whether it's a group class, on your own, swimming, very happy I moved in down the street and able to attend here.
Not run by parent coaches. Very organized and well though out.

I love the variety of classes offered along with open gym opportunities. I appreciate that childcare is available for drop-in and daily care. It is a place for people of all ages to build their bodies and relationships in the community.
