Ordering and delivery was flawless. So easy and I received a $50.00 off coupon in the mail prior to my order. My delivery person was very nice and answered the questions I had about my fuel tank and it's condition. It was so sweet he even asked about my mother who had an account at the address before me. Nice, friendly service, for sure!

People have always been polite and courteous on the phone and service is good.

No problem with personnel, always pleasant. Fill ups are prompt. What I don't like is the bill and envelope left at the door. It indicates that that is the amount due and to write your check and mail it in the envelope. That is not the case. It shows no discounts given, no sr. discounts, does not list the price per gallon or how many gallons. When I called I was given the discounts and the correct amount I owed. If I had not called and just written the check for the amount on the statement - would I have been reimbursed or credited?
