Good service. The technician explained the process and what kind of chemicals were used.

1. Your associates are knowledgeable, friendly and if for some reason they forgot to check something, they come the same day back and complete the quarterly check up.
2. I appreciate the fact that you let me know when you are coming so that I can notify my tenants ahead of time and they can keep their pets indoors until the pest service is complete.
3. I very much like your policy to keep my mosquito service dormant at present. John gave me the option to call and activate it as I see necessary during the summer months. Due to budget considerations he also gave me a discount for the mosquito service which was greatly appreciated.

Here are the main points that stand out:
1. Very responsive; calls are answered quickly and they can schedule someone to come out very shortly.
2. The office staff are all local; they answer the phones quickly and I never have any issues understanding what they say. They are very friendly and accommodating.
3. The on-site is always respectful and explain what they are doing and what will happen very clearly.
