The service that I received was for the inside and outside of my house. I was very happy with that as the crickets have been on the house and sometimes finding a way inside. The product used inside of the house was not very loud and was not too noticeable after the 3 hour waiting period.

I just subscribed to the service because of a persistent ant infestation. So far, the customer service has been excellent. The technician called to narrow my appointment window. He then called when he was 10 minutes out. Patiently answered my questions, then circled back after treatment to see if I had any more questions, and set up a follow-up appointment just in case we still had ants. Excellent communication and customer service. So far, I am completely satisfied that I switched pest control companies.

Daniel Hernandez returned to do the actual treatment injections and it was clear he took had both experience and expertise, cleaning up completely before leaving.
