What I most liked about your service is that everyone I have interacted with has been both very friendly and professional. If I asked a question, the employee either answered it or had someone who could answer it contact me quickly. I also like the idea of working with a family-owned, local business.
The only minor annoyance I had was the number of automated e-mails I received. I understand that some may appreciate the 'constant contact' approach, but I felt it went a little too far.

I had a rodent problem, went on for awhile. I liked that you sent whomever I needed to resolve my problem and you sent them immediately. This situation was extremely stressful for me and HS listened and took care of everything that I wanted when I wanted it. From the person answering the phone and scheduling to the techs, inspectors, exclusion (?) team, everybody is excellent.
I signed up for regular pest service because I now trust HS. And my tech Alec V. that comes to my home is absolutely excellent! Works with my time, texts me with arrival/finish updates and I can trust him at my home if I’m not there. Also he’s knowledgeable and patient with my questions.
My guy is nice, friendly, fast and always answers my questions or concerns.

All the services we have had in the past have been absolutely exceptional. Regarding the current one, we had departed for an extended RV trip prior to the visit and were unable to make available the entire backyard. The front area service was completed but left the back undone. So we contacted the office when we got back and they arranged a very convenient appointment to have the rest completed. George came out and completed the service in a timely fashion. He was exceptionally personable, professional, and knowledgeable. And as usual, we are more than satisfied with the results!
