Fernando performed the rodent inspection and found the entry point, which FOUR previous companies failed to do. He took pictures, was thorough in his inspection of both the attic and crawl spaces. At the conclusion of his inspection he went over my options for remediation. The subsequent remediation was performed by Kevin, who was very professional. Upon arrival, he asked if I had any questions before he began his work, which I appreciated. He answered all questions and also took pictures of his completed work. Great company, Great employees. Great experience (after 16 months of battling rats!).

I sincerely enjoyed my service! I came to HSPC with so much anxiety surrounding our situation. I had recently moved into an apartment infested with roaches. They came that same week, gave us reasonable price options and during our year with them, were extremely tentative to our needs, sometimes coming for additional sprays when requested.
Customer service was always extremely kind and helpful. In the event that I ever need pest control support again, I WILL BE BACK.
I have Home Shield protection on 2 houses. The service has been beyond satisfactory, the service people have been kind and courteous, and the communication has been outstanding. Although the cost may seem a bit steep, you get what you pay for. Home Shield also handles my termite inspections and treatment.
