The inspector helped identify the access point rodents were able to get in and helped my boyfriend with placing the siding glass door back properly so there would be no more access points. He took the time to look at a picture I sent him from the outside to assure me that it was not a hole and wouldn’t lead anywhere. He even looked in the closets upstairs where there is a heater and water heater and pointed out no droppings or holes

I like your service because your technician are very knowledgeable and the service was very good.
They did a very thorough inspection first, then they explained to me the places in the house need to be treated again. A couple of days later the pest control team arrived, did the treatment and took some pictures of their work to attach to the final report for us.
The whole processes was completed in a very courteous and professional way.

The product used for my home is safe for myself and my family and works well. When I call and your serving technician are alwsys polite and professional. The service is amazing our technician Alec is professional, Polite, does a great job, and is always prompt. He asks before starting and during if any problem areas and addresses them. Even explained an extra service for mosquitoes recently and I signed up for it. He came back the same day to start that service!

Abraham is always great! He reminds me the night before that he's coming and then updates me the following day in regards to his arrival time. He's very thorough and is always patient when answering questions. We really appreciate his professionalism and work ethic.

HS scheduling with flexibility for servicing my home is very important for my family. The dispatchers are always professional when I call for an adjustment to the day and time of day. I always know when the rec will be arriving.
Since starting HS for some 5 years we have been free from rats, wasps, ants, and spiders.
