There is not be enough room for me to write down how awesome, wonderful, caring, helpful,patient, supportive, encouraging, informative, sweet, kind, funny, cheery, non-pressuring, makes you feel comfortable & she is understanding. She went WAY above & beyond for us. Any questions we had, she had or got the answer for us. She always answers her phone when we called & responded quickly to every text messages. She is a jewel!! I have told (bragged) many people about her already, if they need her services. We had no idea what to do with my stubborn Italian mother in law ( whom we dearly love) or where to start. Then a friend we work with told us about her experience with Michelle & gave us her #. Our friends & us are in the age group where we are having to care for our elderly parent(s) and I’m so glad we can direct them to Michelle & know she will take good care of them through out this process. I understand how Michelle gets paid, she was up front with that. But if I was rich, I would pay her thousands of $ for what she did!! I have absolutely zero complaints about her, only compliments.
