Michelle Keil listened to the specific needs of my family member and worked tirelessly to find multiple options that offered the specific care and environment we were looking for as well as facilities that were within our budget. She was highly communicative, timely, kind and compassionate. It's such a difficult time for the family and she swooped in and really supported us through this transition.
