Best customer service I've had in the last few years. Order arrived short a few nuts in the hardware bag. Called Rough Country and spoke to Tate. Didn't have an immediate answer, said he'd call me back. He called me back purty soon, said he'd overnight the missing nuts so I'd have em tomorrow. I'll keep buying Rough Country products and recommend this company to anyone I talk to. And give that Tate a raise... Good employee you have there.
