Quick delivery, good packaging, all parts were present, and nice product. BUT, instructions were very poorly written. It would take me one hour to write better, more thorough instructions using the same amount of paper. Some instructions were out of order and the list of tools required was inadequate. One injection molded part looked as though it was dropped in a heavy grease. It appears to me that it may have fallen off the offloading conveyor in the Chinese molding plant. Finally, I had one hex bolt strip out where it was being held in the extruded running board channel.

I thought it was simple and my items came fast. The bumper and nerf boards fit my truck well, my only complaint was the wire harness for the bumper I do not think was for a super crew and I had to extend it myself
