Everything was shipped quickly but the wrong mounting hardware for the side rails were sent. The correct mounts were not immediately available but are on order. The sales person quickly made the correction to the order and explained the anticipated shipping delay

Fast delivery
I shopped the site and found the winch that I wanted to purchase. Due to an error on my part I ordered a different winch. I called them up and they canceled the order. I then ordered the right winch and it arrived 4 days sooner than they estimated. It was packaged well and had no damage as some heavy items sometimes do from poor delivery company practices. I was pleased with rough country and the delivery company.
