The plastic strap holding the shocks closed had slipped off, they may want to use a zip tie or something to hold them in place. Other than that, the shocks went on all corners in less than an hour. The ride is significantly improved, and getting it shipped same day and delivered to Hawaii in less than 4 days is very impressive. My only concern was seeing the arms of the shocks sticking out of the box due to the strap slipping.
The parts came in nicely boxed and clean! I have yet to put it on my truck, because of the weather.
