Had some issues with my initial order, issue could have been triggered from a system glitch as the order fulfillment staff indicated my initial order was not received. It was suggested we reorder same product, as we did. Upon checking my credit card account I noticed two identical charges. I immediately called the order department again and we were successful in stopping one of the two orders before the second one was shipped. The cover arrived slightly damaged due to rough handling, suggest spacer be added to each wooden end plate to help protect each flange from damage.
