I bought a bed cover in preparation for using the truck for camping with my daughters' American Heritage Girls troop. It worked great to keep the morning dew off the gear during the early fall weekend here in Indiana. Nothing like a 48 degree night, followed by an 85 degree day. Typical Midwest weather!

well, I ordered a OBD2 splitter that never arrived at my house' somewhere it was switched at a distribution center in Las Vegas I received instead a box of old shoes. The reason I gave a great rating is how good the customer service excellence the company was quick and put a new one in the mail' the switch had nothing to do with the company

The buying experience was fabulous. I love the products. The only problem I’ve had. I’ve had two different things fail. One was our drip edges one of them, detached from the truck, and the second was our light strip that three days after applying the adhesive did not hold it to the vehicle had to redo both.
Had an issue with the cover upon receiving it from FedEx with damaged packaging and one of the components with damage. Corey was awesome and sent a replacement. I appreciate that Rough Country stands behind its customer service and does the right thing. Would highly recommend purchasing from RC!
