Kamp's monitors our propane level and schedules a delivery when the tank its getting low. Whenever I have called the office with a problem, the representative has been courteous, rapidly investigated, explained what happened, and fixed the problem to my satisfaction.
She also asked if there was anything else she could help

Propane works and services have become mostly automatic so deliveries are made using digital monitoring. They have had a good Propane water heater and wall heater maintenance service available in winter at regular cost.
Your company has been outstanding in the many years we have been serviced by Kamps. The transition from selling our properties with many tanks to just being responsible for our own has gone well. Your delivery and service people are always helpful and kind.

Honestly, we weren't always pleased with the customer service we've received over the years with our tank. However, we've been quite impressed since the new takeover and are very happy with the thoroughness of care for our small leak (that we didn't even know we had) recently and how friendly the agents were. Very pleased!!
