Driver always calls when he is about to deliver. Our property is gated with animals, so this is a big deal as well. Never had an issue.
I appreciate being called ahead of time as my house is fenced and I must have the gate open for the driver to enter. The drivers have always been polite.

Monitoring a time
The product is hard to rate as it is simply propane as expected. I do appreciate the service as they come out and fill our tanks without having to contact them asking for the service. We have been long time customers for over 20 years. The only complaint I would have is they came to fill our tanks on a Sunday morning which was in full service for our church. This made it harder for the truck to get into the parking lot with all the cars and people complained of the gas smell.

It's important to me that I am notified one or two days ahead as to when the delivery is going to be made. This doesn't always happen, but I have since talked with the Office Staff and they assured me that I would be notified in the future.
The Office Staff is very friendly and helpful.
