We like that we're setup for automatic refill service. They are able to monitor our propane level remotely and automatically schedule a refill for us and notify us when they are coming. Office staff and delivery drivers are always very nice and helpful! Thank you!

The propane delivery is worry free for me. I have a monitor on my tank that communicates with the provider when my tank needs to be refilled.
I have it set up on auto pay and my communications are done by email.
For me, this is a hands-off, worry, free way of ensuring that my propane supply will not be interrupted.
Additionally, anytime that I have interacted with the staff, they have been professional, courteous, and easy to reach. Who could ask for more..
A recent furnace issue is ongoing, pilot does not stay lit. Technicians are troubleshooting with potential necessity and economy in mind. We have discussed new parts, which will be required going forward it would appear as of now.
This slow methodical approach is very much in the best interest of the Customer. The usual "Guess and Replace" School of Furnace Repair ends up co$ting way more than necessary.
