Do not have to call for a fill up
First is when I call their office you get the nicest person I’ve ever talked to as a receptionist when I requested some service on hooking up the propane system and checking all the appliances for proper operation, they got it done very quickly and was a good price when we order propane they seem to show up real quick and the drivers are extremely polite
I have dealt with a couple other propane companies in the area and have not had this type of professional interaction

My only complaint regarding your company ~ prior to you acquiring High Country, every Tuesday customers received an email indicating the level of propane in their tank. This allowed the customer to plan their finances. Most customers would welcome this benefit to resume.

In rural areas it is important that when internet accts can't be accessed, clients can call and talk to a real person who will answer questions (especially during winter weather situations) about deliveries or how to deal with maintenance issues. I appreciate being able tom talk with professional employees such as Crystal who knows me and understands my individual situations/needs. She is professional, thorough and polite! Another good policy is that techs call clients prior to arriving for scheduled visits.
