You have been easy to work with on our bills. And it's very convenient that you schedule our fill-up when you notice we start running low so we don't have to worry about it.
We have been customers for the past 25 years. I'm always "taken back" when I see the bill, but we are happy with the service. We still have a very old tank that says"Arrow" on it. The service is here before the tank gets empty and filling happens "automatically". That's a good thing!

Besides that my computer went haywire and I didn’t see my bill, a family member has been very seriously ill. Kamps knew nothing of my personal dilemmas however, the approach of their reminder was kind and informative.
