They always call me to let me know when they are coming so I can unlock my gate. The delivery people and office staff are polite. I recently noticed that a $25 offer I signed up for was not applied to my account. They called me back yesterday to state that they had applied it and for that I am very pleased. Good customer service!

Kamps has great service! They are always prompt with delivery and they keep up with timing in order to avoid levels of propane getting too low. The reason for a 9 rather than 10 is the wording in the question: How likely ARE you to recommend Kamps, not how likely WOULD you recommend Kamps. The point is that as more homes are going to total electric, the transition means fewer customers will be seeking out propane services. No one has ever asked me for a recommendation. If and when anyone does ask me who I would recommend, it would be Kamps.
Drivers are friendly and reasonably quiet.
