Quick refill after my tank ean dry
I’m working through some family tragedy and didn’t realize the account wasn’t set up in my name VS my late wife and my phone number was secondary on the account. As a result, I received a call that my propane level was critically low and that they couldn’t deliver because I was on a credit hold because the previous card on file was no longer active. The initial caller was incredible, she routed me to another person to get me re-set up on auto pay, and she got me scheduled for an asap delivery. I was forward to the billing agent that heard my issue, solved my problem and got me set up in minutes. They all also apologized for the hiccup. Then the next morning at 730am my normal Driver arrived and reduced my tank. My driver has always been amazing and communicates wonderfully. I’m sorry I don’t have names for these two woman and man that helped me. Please tell them all, that I said thank you, appreciated the help, and thankful for how much they cared. Wonderful experience
