Service was prompt aafter my call. But we had an air bubble. They came back out the next day. They wworked hard to diagnos and got it fixed, no charge. Great handling of a problem.
Honestly its a love hate situation with Kamp's. Sometimes the propane price is fair and the service is prompt and organized. Sometimes we froze because Kamp's couldn't be bothered to deliver because we were a will call and were discriminated against in the winter when we needed the heat...and we think propane is basically expensive. Many times Kamp's delivered too much gas we did not order and then we had to use monies that were for other needs just to keep Kamp's happy.
We have been with Kamps for more years than we can remember, great service , fair pricing. We have never run out of propane in all those years. Our gas service is invisible to us, all taken care of by Kamps.
