Our propane tank had a defective valve. Kamps was very efficient in telling us what to expect, performing when and where they said they would, providing us with a temporary tank, and delivering us a lovely new tank! In the 40 years we've lived up here, not all of it with Kamps, we have had the world's ugliest propane tanks--chipped pealing paint, etc. Now we have one that looks brand new. All service provided/perfomed as advertised by very polite and informative service people. Thank you!
Easy to order. Driver is usually very good as we are rural and our tank is fairly easy to access. Usually delivers within a reasonable timeframe. Competitive pricing.

Kamps has been very easy to work with and I have never had any issues with deliveries or getting propane when I needed it. There has been a person to talk to in the rare cases I needed something. I did get a late charge for a payment that I couldn't afford to make on time that was a little annoying but that would not impact making a positive recommendation. Overall I have had very positive experiences working with Kamps.

I own my own tank so I just pay for LP fuel. The wireless monitor alerts Kamps to when my tank is low and it is refilled proactively. This is a great service so that I don't need to keep checking it. LP supports our cooking, hydronic in-floor heating system and our Kohler generator that is often used as PG&E is often losing power at inconvenient times.
Superior Plus Propane is very trustworthy and reliable. I have 3 tanks. I’ve never worried about them going empty and I am notified when they are arriving and the bill is settled automatically on time.

I like that my tank level is monitored so I don't have to order a refill myself. I appreciate that Superior has agreed to maintain a price level for our group in 95033 that is consistent and fair. I like the prompts by email, that keep me in touch when needed.

You don't let us go without heat. You keep track of how much propane remains in our tanks and fill them when needed. Your drivers are always courteous and friendly.
