Service has always been great with the truck automatically showing up whenever the tank starts to get low. Recently I stopped the auto-fill as we are selling the property, but ran the tank down to almost empty. Made a quick phone call and a truck was there in two days. Very easy and efficient to work with.

My only concern is that our main propane tank has emptied two times because of a stuck pressure valve resulting in stressed living for a few days and calling in specialists to evaluate our hot water heater. I asked about changing the valve and got the impression that it couldn’t be done w/o getting a new tank.
You have always responded filling our tanks when the gauge showed low and your monitoring system let you know. You also have responded when we called after we called our HAC and hot water heater specialist to problem check our system.
