I do not have to think about my propane level, they just fill it when needed.
I don’t have to worry about running out of propane. They monitor my use and replenish when I need it.
I really like the ongoing monitoring program so you know when it is time to get my delivery on the schedule. Also, when i called to find out about when the next delivery might be scheduled, the person I spoke with explained how the % works that you follow and how I can see it for myself on the Superior Propane website. it was all very helpful and the person I spoke with well informed and very nice to talk to. The service man was able to reconnect my propane tank & replace the thermal coupler on my water heater once he discovered it was bad.
